Website visits and hosting
Cloudflare delivers this website. To deliver and protect the site, technical data such as your IP address, the time and address of your request and browser information may be processed. This supports website operation, abuse detection and system security. Depending on the security features enabled, Cloudflare may use essential security cookies. Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website traffic and performance. According to Cloudflare, this service does not use cookies for measurement or fingerprint visitors to track individuals. For details, see the Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation.
Contacting us
If you email or call us, we process the information you provide, such as contact details and your enquiry, to respond and, where appropriate, prepare an offer or provide a service. Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations or our legitimate interest in responding.
We use Google Workspace for business email. Google may process information in email correspondence as a service provider; see the Google Workspace data processing terms for further information.
External map and videos
We load Google Maps and embedded YouTube and Vimeo videos only when you allow them in privacy settings. When loaded, the providers may receive your IP address and technical information and use cookies or similar technologies. YouTube uses its privacy-enhanced mode and Vimeo uses its “do not track” option, but these do not prevent every data exchange. We rely on your consent for these optional embeds; you can withdraw it at any time.
See the privacy policies of Google and Vimeo for details. These providers may process data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina. Links to other websites open only when you select them; their own policies then apply.
Your choices and browser storage
We store your choice on your device in local storage under apical-privacy-v1. Your choice is valid for 180 days, after which we ask again. This is not an analytics or advertising cookie. You can reject optional content or allow maps and videos separately. Change your choice using “Privacy settings” in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier processing or automatically delete information already collected or stored by the providers; you can also manage cookies in your browser settings.
Retention and your rights
We retain information only for as long as needed for its purpose and applicable legal obligations. Technical log retention depends on the hosting services and their configuration; business correspondence retention depends on its contents and applicable obligations.
Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction or deletion, restrict processing, object and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Send your request to the postal address above. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
