Mixers, syrup and cream fillers, capsule and tablet equipment, suppository machines and lines for filling, closing and labelling. For development, galenic laboratories and production.
Each pharmaceutical form needs its own technology: powders are mixed and dosed, creams are emulsified and filled into tubes, and suppositories are dosed, cooled and sealed. Here is an overview of the equipment by product form.
The equipment is divided by product form and production stage. Each area shows typical machines and their range.
Mixers, dosers, capsule machines, tablet presses and counters.
Semi-solid and liquid formsTurbo emulsifiers, mills, dosers and monoblock fillers.
SuppositoriesDosing, cooling and sealing on a single line.
LinesFillers, tube machines, cappers, labellers, blisters and sachets.
Powder preparation starts with mixing and sieving, and continues with dosing, capsule filling or compression into tablets. The product is then counted and packed.

For creams and gels the key steps are emulsifying and homogenisation, and for syrups and solutions precise dosing. Machines are available from bench-top versions to automatic lines.

A suppository line covers dosing of the molten mass, cooling and sealing of individual packs.

When a product has to be filled, closed, labelled and packed, we offer automatic machines that can be linked into a line.

Technology selection, delivery and commissioning are coordinated through one contact.
Bench-top machines for galenic laboratories and development, and automatic lines for larger batches.
The same range can cover tablets, capsules, creams, syrups and suppositories.
APICAL coordinates delivery, installation and training, with support after commissioning.
For pharmaceutical production, versions are available with product-contact parts made to stricter hygienic requirements.
APICAL helps match the equipment to the product, batch size and space, from the first enquiry to delivery.
Typical versions and values are shown. The final configuration, capacity and availability are confirmed in the quotation.
