Incubators, drying ovens and climatic chambers for storing and testing samples at precisely set temperature, humidity and light. APICAL helps match the choice to application, capacity and validation requirements.
Incubators, drying ovens and climatic chambersA test result is only as reliable as the conditions in the chamber. Uniform temperature, documented validation and the right choice of unit go together.
The order follows a typical workflow: sample incubation, drying and heat treatment, then climatic testing with humidity and light control.
Laboratory, cooled, Peltier and CO₂ incubators from 14 to 1479 litres.
up to +300 °CNatural and forced convection ovens, nitrogen blow, pass-through sterilizers and CALDERA warmers.
0…+100 °C · 10…90 % RHKKS and KKP chambers, phytotron chambers and ICH Q1B photostability chambers.
For incubating samples in a stable environment. From simple heated incubators to cooled, Peltier and CO₂ versions, with Smart and Smart PRO controllers that program time-temperature profiles.

Natural air convection without a fan, suited to delicate samples that quickly lose moisture.

Forced air circulation for excellent uniformity and quick temperature recovery after door opening.

Heating and cooling for a stable temperature regardless of room conditions, with double door and lock.

For stability testing and storing medicines and samples at +18…+20 °C. Multi-chamber versions have independently controlled chambers.

Peltier cell cooling without a compressor or refrigerant: vibration-free, quiet and compact. Cooling up to 20 °C below ambient.

New in the POL-EKO range: precise control of temperature, humidity and CO₂ concentration for cell culture work.
Ovens for drying and heat treatment with natural or forced air circulation and a Smart, Smart PRO or simple SIMPLE controller. Nitrogen blow versions, pass-through sterilizers and CALDERA warmers are also available.

Natural air convection with Smart or Smart PRO controllers. For drying and heat treating delicate materials.

Forced air circulation for faster and more uniform heating, from benchtop units to 1000-litre ovens.

A simple controller that programs temperature only. A practical choice when advanced programming is not needed.

For drying samples at 105–110 °C with nitrogen flow per ISO 589. Supplied with connections, valves and a rotameter; cylinder not included.

A link between clean and dirty zones on production lines: stainless steel chamber, forced air circulation and a Smart touch display.

Safe warming of fluids and blankets with alarms, over-temperature protection and parameter logging. Complies with PN-EN 60601-1-2.
Specialised chambers for ageing, stability, thermal and climatic tests, with humidity control and, in phytotron and ICH versions, light control. Built from acid-resistant steel with double doors and lock.

Steam humidifier, 7" Smart PRO controller (Wi-Fi, LAN, USB), automatic defrost and double doors. For stability testing per ICH Q1A.

Peltier technology: quiet, vibration-free and refrigerant-free, nearly maintenance-free. For ICH Q1A stability, plants and insects.

The only chambers that control temperature, humidity and lighting together, with LED day/night simulation (FIT P, S, D, DS).

ICH Q1B photostability testing in just 29 hours for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and packaging, with LabDesk CFR software (21 CFR Part 11).
For incubators, ovens and chambers, reliability is proven by mapping temperature (and humidity) in the chamber and by IQ, OQ and PQ qualification. The results form part of validation of the process the unit supports.
KKS, KKP and KKS ICH climatic chambers are intended for stability testing of medicines at controlled temperature, humidity and light.
Multi-point measurement of the empty and loaded chamber reveals the hottest and coldest spots and behaviour on door opening and power failure.
Installation, operational and performance qualification documents that the unit performs to user requirements. LabDesk software support is available, including a 21 CFR Part 11 compliant version.
Scope and execution depend on user requirements, internal procedures and applicable regulations. APICAL helps with planning, while measurements and documentation are carried out by qualified specialists.
POL-EKO offers Smart and Smart PRO controllers (LAN, USB, plus Wi-Fi on Smart PRO), LabDesk software and calibration in its own accredited measurement laboratory. Option availability is confirmed per model; capacities are working volumes per manufacturer data. The above are general guidelines; actual requirements are defined by applicable regulations (e.g. GMP, ICH) and your quality system.
Define the samples, temperature range, humidity, capacity and process criticality (URS).
Place the unit and verify connections, sensors, alarms and documentation.
Mapping of the empty and loaded chamber, alarm tests, door opening and power failure tests.
Continuous recording and alarming, periodic calibration and requalification as planned.
Tell us which samples you process, the required temperature and humidity, capacity and validation requirements. The APICAL team can help you review suitable POL-EKO models.
