Safety and traceability

A process you can prove.

Correct cleaning and sterilisation must be repeatable and documented. The units record the course of each cycle, and the programme and equipment are adapted to the requirements of your laboratory.

CLEANING

HEPA H14 drying

Filtered hot air dries the outside and inside of glassware, with adjustable time and temperature.

STERILISATION

121 °C and 134 °C

Autoclaves run cycles at 121 °C and 134 °C, with chamber and jacket probes and a separate product probe for load monitoring.

TRACEABILITY

Printer, USB and Ethernet

Cycle records on a printer, USB stick or over the network and, on some models, audit trail and electronic signature according to 21 CFR 11.

BIOSAFETY

Barriers and decontamination

Double-door autoclaves act as a pass-through between zones, with barrier seals and condensate decontamination for BSL-3 and BSL-4 use.
